Based in New York City, MADGI Design, along with its architecture affiliate, Richard DeMarco Architecture, D.P.C., is a full-service boutique firm specializing in architecture, interior design, and art advisory for over 35 years.  We excel at navigating intricate projects to deliver functional, sustainable, and aesthetically refined solutions.  Our architecture and design philosophy centers on a collaborative process that prioritizes each client’s unique vision, requirements, and budget.  With demonstrated cross-industry versatility, our firm delivers excellence across adaptive reuse, commercial and residential interiors, and prominent NYC installations.

As LEED and WELL Accredited Professionals and proud members of the U.S. Green Building Council, we are deeply committed to the organization’s mission: “To transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built, and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.”

In support of this objective, we provide comprehensive sustainability services, with a specialized focus on the WELL Building Standard and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating systems. Our expertise includes guiding clients through LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) and LEED NC (New Construction) certifications, recommending sustainable materials, furniture, finishes, and lighting, and providing end-to-end consultancy for sustainable design projects. At MADGI, we are dedicated to creating workplace environments that elevate the health and human experience through thoughtful, responsible design.

At MADGI, our principals prioritize active listening to ensure every client's vision is fully realized. This commitment is embedded at every level of our firm, fostering a team of professionals dedicated to client success. By providing direct, hands-on principal involvement in every commission, we have built lasting relationships and a loyal base of legacy clients who serve as a testament to our work. We provide comprehensive design services tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.
